Nazarene Missions Reading Book 1952-1953.
Dr. David Hynd (1895-1991) began his missionary career in 1925 in Swaziland (now Eswatini), establishing the first hospital in the country. In addition to Raleigh Fitkin Memorial Hospital, Dr. Hynd was instrumental in the building of clinics throughout the country, beginning both the nurses and teachers training schools.
