Stephen A. Bly

Stephen A. Bly was a Christian author and speaker. He also pastored several Presbyterian congregations and Winchester Community Church. He settled into the community of Winchester, Idaho, and served as city councilman and mayor. He was married to Janet and father to Russell, Michael, and Aaron.
