R. Lavonne McNabb

R. Lavonne McNabb resides in Clark, Wyoming. She founded Fort Shiloh Boy's Home with her husband, Kurt, in 1972 and more recently Shiloh Technical School, a Christian vocational school teaching the craft of welding specifically focused on training Native Americans from the Crow and North Cheyenne reservations, in 2018.
