Suk-Woon Lee was pastor of Siloam Evangelical Ministry in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. He committed to Christ while serving a sentence for second-degree murder and began training for ministry in prison. He founded Siloam in 1987 in response to the needs he felt along with other parolees upon limited release from prison. When faced with deportation to Korea at the end of his parole term, Lee disappeared, but Siloam Mission remains providing much needed shelter and and support to people in the Winnipeg community.
