Honoria (Nora) Groves was born in England and emmigrated to Canada during World War II. She resided in Oakville, Ontario, was an active member in the Church of the Nazarene serving as a pianist and organist and teaching Sunday School, Vacation Bible School, and Bible study. She was married to Ernest, mother to Christine, Tina, David, and Stephen, and stepmother to Carolyn, Keith, and Bill.
